一、研發處業於115年6月 16日（附件1）通知全校各學院，第2梯次獎勵受理本校學生114年度衍生之研究成果項目。
On June 16th, 2026(see Appendix 1), the Office of Research and Development notified each department in the university that the second round of Incentives for the Excellent Research Results derived from students in the 2025 year is now open for application.

二、有意申請者，請參閱獎勵要點及申請注意事項等附件，並依各系所與學院規定之時間送件，逾期恕不受理。
Prospective applicants should consult the appendixes for award guidelines and relevant application information. Applications must be submitted according to the specified schedule determined by each department and college. Delayed submissions will not be accepted.

（一）研究成果項目受理區間：114年度（114年1月1日至114年12月31日止）
Research Outcome Items Accepting Period: 2025 Year (From January 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025)

（二）申請資格：依「國立陽明交通大學學生優良研究成果獎勵要點(National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Guidelines on Incentives for Students' Excellent Research Results)」第三、四、五點規定辦理（附件1-2）
Application Qualification: Please implement in compliance with the Article 3, 4, and 5 of the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Guidelines on Incentives for Students' Excellent Research Results, (see Appendix 1-2).

（三）申請流程：
Application Procedure:

1.填寫線上申請表，並檢附佐證資料：
Apply online and submit supporting documents:
敬請申請人（學生）登入申請系統( https://spsys.ord.nycu.edu.tw/student/ )，填妥申請資訊後，列印出申請表，並完成「申請人」及「指導教授」親筆簽名（電子簽名亦可）及檢附相關佐證文件，再提交至所屬系所、學院辦理資格初審。( 附件2: 申請系統操作指南 )
The applicants (students) log in to the application system( https://spsys.ord.nycu.edu.tw/student/ ), complete the form, and print it out, ensure the form is signed by both the applicant and their advisor (accepting both hand signatures and electronic signatures), and submit the required documents to the affiliated department/college for the initial qualification review. ( Appendix 2: Application System User Guide )

2.提交所屬系所、學院完成資格初審：
Submission to the Affiliated Department/College for Initial Qualification Review:
敬請「所屬系所承辦人」協助確認學生所提研究成果確實為「在學期間以本校名義獲獎」或「在學期間完成期刊論文投稿並於114年度被接受或發表者」。
The university kindly requests the Affiliated Department Supervisor to assist and confirm that the student’s research outcomes have truthfully been “awarded on behalf of the university during their enrollment period” or are “academic journal papers completed during their enrollment and have been published or the submission has been accepted for the 2025 year.”

3.學院彙整申請案件送至研發處校區業務窗口：
Applications compiled by the college to be submitted to the R&D Office contact point at the campus:
敬請「所屬學院承辦人」協助彙整院內完成資格確認之申請案紙本文件後，整批一次送至研發處收件窗口，俾本處辦理全校申請案提送審議作業。
The university kindly requests the “affiliated department supervisor” to assist in confirming the qualifications of the application documents’ hard copies and subsequently compile them. Please submit the compiled documents in batches to the designated officers at the Office of Research and Development. This procedural adherence will facilitate efficient processing of all applications within our university and enable their submission for the review process.

（四）申請應附文件：敬請申請人（學生）檢附以下申請文件之「紙本」及提送至所屬系所、學院進行辦理。
