一、依據國家科學及技術委員會115年1月28日科會文字第1150007744號辦理。

二、校內截止日期為115年3月24日(星期二)，請申請人確認上傳之資料完整清晰後，通知系所單位窗口確認學生申請資格(請參閱本案作業要點第二點)，並列印申請書基本資料(表H201)1份，經單位主管、一級主管簽章後，送交計畫業務一/二組彙辦。

三、115年度獲獎人之獎勵期間自115年8月1日至116年7月31日止，預計於115年7月31日前畢業者，請勿提出申請。

四、申請作業方式如下：
(一)博士生務必至國科會網站（https://www.nstc.gov.tw）登入「學術研發服務網」線上製作及上傳申請資料。
(二)指導教授亦請進入國科會網站之「學術研發服務網」審閱博士生上傳之申請資料，若同意指導博士生進行相關研究及撰寫博士論文，請上傳「指導教授初評意見表」；博士生若有2位指導教授，則2位指導教授皆需上傳「指導教授初評意見表」。(上開「指導教授初評意見表」係提供國科會審查之用，博士生及學校承辦人均無法閱讀其內容。)

五、線上申請系統之操作問題，請洽詢該會資訊處(電話：02-2737-7590、2737-7591、2737-7592)；對於相關規定若有疑義，請洽該會人文處各領域聯絡人。

六、檢附作業要點、申請書、獲獎人切結書及各領域聯絡人聯絡方式各1份。

Application for the NSTC 2026 Incentive Program for Doctoral Candidates in the Humanities and Social Sciences (Internal Deadline: March 24, 2026)
1.The internal application deadline is March 24, 2026 (Tuesday). Applicants must complete and upload all required documents via the NSTC “Academic Research and Development Service Platform,” confirm eligibility with their department, and submit one signed copy of the Application Form – Basic Information (Form H201) to the Project Administration Division.
2.The award period is from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027. Applicants who are expected to graduate on or before July 31, 2026 are not eligible to apply.
3.Supervising professors are required to review the application online and upload the “Supervising Professor’s Preliminary Evaluation Form.” For students with two supervisors, both supervisors must complete the evaluation.
