「研究生出席國際會議經費補助申請系統」即日起開放受理申請115年補助案。The “Funding Application System for Attending International Conferences” is now open for applications for 2026 funding.
- 因應115年1月出席國際會議研究生申請補助案，系統改版後先行開放，若填送有任何問題，請洽承辦人張小姐。
- 本校獎助研究生出席國際會議申請作業要點將送115年2月25日行政會議進行修法，若申請人為參加115年2月25日後研討會的博士生，請務必先進行「校外補助之申請」，以免影響後續相關權益，

- In response to graduate students applying for funding to attend international conferences in January 2026, the above-mentioned system has been opened in advance following a system upgrade. If you encounter any issues while completing the application, please contact Ms. Chang, the responsible staff member.
- The Guidelines for Granting Financial Support to Graduate Students Attending International Conferences at this university will be submitted to the Administrative Meeting on February 25, 2026 for amendments. If the applicant is a doctoral student attending a conference held after February 25, 2026, please be sure to first apply for external (off-campus) funding to avoid affecting subsequent related rights and interests.
