【$補助公告$ (出國發表)】本(115)年度本校教研人員出席國際會議發表學術成果補助申請案，即日起受理至115年11月19日(四)止。The subsidy application for Faculty Researchers to Present Academic Outcomes at International Conferences ends on November 19, 2026.
**2026年3月17日更新作業要點、審查細則、申請表，24日更新教師近三年論文與計畫清單(申請附件之一)。

**提醒無國科會計畫之老師，且符合「國科會補助國內專家學者出席國際學術會議」補助方案者，請於會議舉辦的六週前，先至國科會網站申請該補助方案。
為積極鼓勵編制內教研人員赴國外出席國際會議發表學術成果，增進本校國際學術交流及國際學術知名度，研發處提供出席國際會議發表學術成果費用補助，補助作業要點與審查細則請參閱附件。
截止日：
本(115)年度出席國際會議發表學術成果，補助申請受理至115年11月19日(四)止。
請於會議舉辦的六週前，至申請系統提案。

重要提醒事項：
(1)編制內教研人員，以本校名義，於各學院推薦之頂尖及重要國際會議，發表學術成果，得申請本要點。
未符合上述身分，或參與非各學院推薦之頂尖及重要國際會議者，可參考：
(a)國科會補助國內專家學者出席國際學術會議之補助方案

(3)如獲研發常務會議通過同意補助，須事前完成本校請假手續，回國後1個月內，繳交出國報告書(以中文撰寫)，並辦理核銷請款事宜(檢附相關單據)。

(5)因年度經費有限，欲申請者請盡早送件，如經費用罄，歉難補助，尚祈見諒。

In order to encourage faculty members' participation in international conferences for the presentation of academic outcomes, thereby fostering increased international academic exchange and visibility for the university, Office of R&D provides financial assistance for presenting academic outcomes at international conferences. For specific guidelines and review criteria, please refer to the attached document.
Application Deadline:
The subsidy application for Faculty Researchers to Present at International Conferences for this year will be accepted until November 19, 2026 (Thursday).
Please submit your proposal through the application system at least 6 weeks before the conference.
Application System:
https://spsys.ord.nycu.edu.tw/teacher/ (Currently suspended. Please download and complete the attached Application Form and the Faculty Publication and Research Project List (last 3 years). Submit these along with the required documents listed on page 2 of the form to the coordinator(cyw@nycu.edu.tw).)
Important Notes:
(1) This subsidy is designated for faculty members within our university's establishment to attend significant international conferences recommended by affiliated colleges for presenting academic outcomes. Applicants who do not qualify for this subsidy application are encouraged to:
(a)consult the NSTC Subsidy for Domestic Scholars and Experts to Attend International Academic Conferences for alternative assistance.( https://www.nstc.gov.tw/nstc/attachments/6ebf8635-162b-4896-8ef8-7ab799ea1829 )
(b) Postdoctoral researchers with the nationality of Taiwan (ROC) can refer to the "Regulations for Subsidy Application for Postdoctoral Researchers to Present Papers Abroad" by the Foundation for the Advancement of Outstanding Scholarship, in addition to the aforementioned funding programs by the National Science and Technology Council. (3) If your request for subsidy is approved by Office of R&D Executive Committee Council, you must complete the university's leave procedures in advance. You are also required to submit a travel report (in Chinese), along with reimbursement-related documentation within a month after return.

(5) Due to limited annual funds, applicants are encouraged to submit their requests as early as possible. In the event of fund exhaustion, we regret that further assistance may not be possible, and we seek your understanding.
