本校113年度第二梯次教師及研究人員國際化研究成果獎勵開始受理申請(113年所產出之研究成果),申請期間為即日起至114年5月2日(五),學術專書/專書章節獎勵收件至114年4月25日(五),請查照轉知。
主旨:本校113年度第二梯次教師及研究人員國際化研究成果獎勵開始受理申請(113年所產出之研究成果),申請期間為即日起至114年5月2日(五),學術專書/專書章節獎勵收件至114年4月25日(五),請查照轉知。
說明:
一、請轉知所屬專任教師及研究人員(不含離退人員)參考本校教師及研究人員國際化研究成果獎勵原則(以下簡稱本原則,如附件1)及下列注意事項辦理申請事宜,本次為最後一次受理113年度產出之研究成果,逾期恕不受理。
二、為鼓勵人社、客家、法律及通識相關領域教研人員發表A&HCI期刊論文,爰修正「本校教師及研究人員國際化研究成果獎勵原則」並於114年3月21日修正通過(同附件1),修正規定溯及適用於113年度起發表之期刊論文,如有發表113年A&HCI期刊論文者, 務請於本次受理期間提出申請。
三、本校教研人員申請113年度(2024年)正式發表之國際期刊論文獎勵,如論文係於113年6月24日(含)前投稿(submit),經申請人提出相關佐證並經檢核後,亦得適用110年12月14日訂本校「教師及研究人員國際化研究成果獎勵原則」(如附件2)第六點標竿期刊論文及頂尖期刊論文等2類獎勵項目。
四、學術專書/專書章節獎勵申請,請於系統填寫申請表,由學院彙整外審建議名單(如附件3)及學術專書/專書章節之應附文件(如附件4-第7頁),於114年4月25日(五)前送研發處提出申請,由研發處統一送外審。
五、申請方式:由校園單一入口網站登入研發指標資訊管理系統(路徑:單一入口網→陽明交通大學→研發→研發指標資訊管理系統),申請表請於線上填寫送出(操作手冊如附件5),經所屬系所、學院查對核可後,於114年5月2日(五)前送研發處提出申請。
六、檢附審核端操作手冊、通訊作者聲明書及共同通訊作者聲明書供參(如附件6至8)。

Subject: The Application Period for the"2nd Incentives to Faculty and Research Fellows for International Research Results of 2024" is Open from Now until May 2, 2025. The deadline for submitting applications for Scholarly Monographs and Monograph Chapters is April 25, 2025.
Explanation:
1. All full-time teachers and researchers (excluding those who have retired or left the university) are eligible to apply. Before submitting an application, please refer to the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Guidelines on Incentives to Faculty and Research Fellows for International Research Results (see Attachment 1). This will be the final round of accepting International Research Results of 2024. Please note that late applications will not be accepted.
2. To encourage teaching faculty and researchers in the arts and humanities and social sciences, Hakka studies, law, and relevant general education to actively publish in A&HCI journals, the " National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Guidelines on Incentives to Faculty and Research Fellows for International Research Results" have been revised and approved on March 21, 2025 (see Attachment 1). The revised regulations will apply retroactively to international journals papers published starting from 2024. If you have published an A&HCI journal paper in 2024, please be sure to submit your application during this acceptance period.
3. Applications for international journal papers published in 2024 are eligible if the manuscript was submitted by June 24, 2024 (inclusive). Upon submitting the relevant supporting documents and verification, applicants may qualify for two types of incentives outlined in Point 6 of the "Incentives to Faculty and Research Fellows for International Research Results," established on December 14, 2021 (see Attachment 2). These incentives include recognition for benchmark journals and top journals.
4. For the application of the Scholarly Monographs and Monograph Chapters, please fill out the application form in the system. The college should compile the list of external review suggestions (see Attachment 3) and the required documents for the academic book/book chapter (see Attachment 4, page 7), and submit the application to the Office of Research and Development before April 25, 2025. The Office of Research and Development will then forward the application for external review.
5. Application Method: Please log in to the RD Indicator Information Management System via the NYCU portal (Path: Entry NYCU Portal→ NYCU Campus → Research and Development → RD Indicator Information Management System.) Please fill out and submit the application form online (operating manual as attached in Document 5). After verification and approval by your respective department and college, please submit the application to the Research and Development Office by May 2, 2025.
6. Attached are the reviewer operation manual, corresponding author declaration, and co-corresponding author declaration for reference (see Attachments 6 to 8).
