一、依據國家科學及技術委員會115年2月23日科會科字第1150012359號函辦理。

二、研討會辦理時間須於115年4月1日至116年9月30日期間，預定於115年6月10日（星期三）函發審查結果，必要時得予展延。

三、申請人請於國科會「學術研發服務網」之「國內舉辦國際學術研討會」完成線上申請。(申請案內若有其他單位配合補助經費，請依本校「產學合作收入收支管理要點」規定，以該經費總額之5%於該補助案內編列行政管理費)。

四、校內作業流程如下(校內截止日期為115年3月30日(一)中午12點)：

【陽明校區】：請申請人送出後列印「申請資料表(IY01)」送交所屬單位，並經由申請單位主管及一級主管於申請表核章後送至研發處計畫業務一組。承辦人李筱君小姐(分機：66058)。
【交大校區】：請申請人之所屬單位於校內截止前列印「申請書」1份，經計畫主持人、單位主管及一級主管核章後送計畫業務二組。承辦人：陳卉娥小姐(分機：31435)。

五、旨揭計畫全面實施線上申請：

(一)各類書表請務必至該會網站(https://www.nstc.gov.tw/?l=ch)進入「學術研發服務網」製作。

(二)作業要點及申請書大綱範本可自該會網站下載（網頁路徑：「本會各單位網站」－「科教發展及國際合作處」－「一般性及專案型國際交流方案補助」－「補助國內舉辦國際學術研討會」）。

The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is now accepting applications for the 2026 Phase I Grants for Domestic Hosting of International Academic Conferences.
Please find the key details and internal submission requirements below:

1. Key Dates
Application Period: March 1 – March 30, 2026
Internal Deadline: Monday, March 30, 2026, 12:00 PM
Eligible Conference Dates: April 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027

2. Submission Procedures
All applications must be completed via the NSTC Academic Research Service Portal.
Note: If co-funding is provided by other organizations, please include a 5% administrative fee in the budget according to university regulations.

3. Campus-Specific Instructions
Yangming Campus: Print the Application Data Sheet (IY01). After obtaining stamps from your department/college heads, submit to the Office of R&D (Division I). (Contact: Ms. Lee, hclee3@nycu.edu.tw)
Chiaotung Campus: Print one copy of the Application Form. After obtaining stamps from the PI and department/college heads, submit to the Division of Project Administration (Division II). (Contact: Ms. Chen, cjo4k6@nycu.edu.tw)
