申請國家科學及技術委員會補助國內研究生出席國際學術會議校內程序注意事項

本校在學研究生最遲應於會議首日所屬月份之前兩個月最後一天午夜完成線上申請，逾期不受理申請：申請2月份舉辦之會議，校內線上申請截止時間為前一年12月31日23時59分，3月舉辦會議校內申請截止日為當年1月31日23時59分，以此類推。避免申請資料不全被退件，建請提早送件，以預留資料退改時間。
為整理申請案，每月第1個工作天系統不開放，第2個工作天會重新設定申請截止時間。
*請留意：國科會系統顯示的截止日期不是所有會議的截止日，校內申請截止日期請參閱下方表格。

Notice on Internal Application Procedures for NSTC Grants for Graduate Students to Attend International Academic Conferences

Graduate students must complete the online application no later than 23:59 on the last day of the month two months prior to the first day of the conference. Late applications will not be accepted.
For example:
For conferences held in February, the internal online application deadline is December 31 of the previous year at 11:59 PM.
For conferences held in March, the internal application deadline is January 31 of the current year at 11:59 PM, and so forth.

To avoid delays caused by last-minute communication or required revisions, applicants are strongly advised to submit their applications in advance.
Please note that to facilitate the processing of applications, the system will be closed on the first working day of each month. The application deadlines will be reset and updated on the second working day.

*Please Note: The deadline displayed on the NSTC system is not the deadline for all conferences. Please refer to the table above for the specific internal application deadlines.
