國家科學及技術委員會修正「前瞻技術產學合作計畫」徵求公告
一、依國家科學及技術委員會(以下簡稱國科會)115年6月23日科會產字第1150041703號函辦理。
二、本次修正包含開放合作企業配合款得視計畫需求彈性編列項目及其額度。請於計畫送出申請前，依徵求公告確認計畫內容及經費之正確性。
三、本計畫採隨到隨審，並分下述三型，各型別送件說明如下：
(一)前瞻技術研發型：請申請人至國科會學術研發服務網上傳計畫構想申請書後，由所屬系所單位備函檢附發文附件（含申請名冊及切結書各2份）、參考附件（本校產學合作利益衝突迴避及資訊揭露聲明書），會辦計畫業務一/二組、人事室並送研發處陳核後，函送國科會辦理。
(二)產學研發中心型：請申請人至國科會學術研發服務網上傳計畫書後，由所屬系所單位備函檢附發文附件（含申請名冊及切結書各2份）、參考附件（本校產學合作利益衝突迴避及資訊揭露聲明書），會辦計畫業務一/二組、人事室並送研發處陳核後，函送國科會辦理。
(三)領先技術發展型：分一般領域及運動科技領域，請申請人至國科會學術研發服務網上傳計畫書後，由所屬系所單位備函檢附發文附件（含申請名冊及切結書各2份）、參考附件（本校產學合作利益衝突迴避及資訊揭露聲明書），會辦計畫業務一/二組、人事室並送研發處陳核後，函送國科會辦理。

Subject: Revision to the Call for Proposals for the Advanced Technology Industry-Academia Collaboration Program by the National Science and Technology Council
The revisions include allowing the matching funds contributed by collaborating enterprises to be allocated flexibly, according to project needs, with respect to eligible budget items and funding amounts. Applicants are advised to carefully review the project content and budget details in accordance with the Call for Proposals prior to submission.
Applications under this program are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. The program comprises the following three categories, and the submission instructions for each category are provided below:
(1) Advanced Technology R&D Projects
After uploading the Project Concept Proposal through the NSTC Academic Research Service Portal, applicants shall request their affiliated department/institute to prepare an official memorandum and submit the required application documents (including two copies each of the Applicant List and Declaration Form) together with the reference document, NYCU Statement on Conflict of Interest Avoidance and Information Disclosure for Industry-Academia Collaboration. The application shall be reviewed by Division I/II of Research Project Administration and the Personnel Office, approved by the Office of Research and Development, and then forwarded to the NSTC for processing.
(2) Industry-Academia R&D Center Projects
After uploading the project proposal through the NSTC Academic Research Service Portal, applicants shall request their affiliated department/institute to prepare an official memorandum and submit the required application documents (including two copies each of the Applicant List and Declaration Form) together with the reference document, NYCU Statement on Conflict of Interest Avoidance and Information Disclosure for Industry-Academia Collaboration. The application shall be reviewed by Division I/II of Research Project Administration and the Personnel Office, approved by the Office of Research and Development, and then forwarded to the NSTC for processing.
(3) Leading Technology Development Projects
This category includes both the General Technology Field and the Sports Technology Field. After uploading the project proposal through the NSTC Academic Research Service Portal, applicants shall request their affiliated department/institute to prepare an official memorandum and submit the required application documents (including two copies each of the Applicant List and Declaration Form) together with the reference document, NYCU Statement on Conflict of Interest Avoidance and Information Disclosure for Industry-Academia Collaboration. The application shall be reviewed by Division I/II of Research Project Administration and the Personnel Office, approved by the Office of Research and Development, and then forwarded to the NSTC for processing.
