國家科學及技術委員會自115年8月1日起調整補助「優秀年輕學者研究計畫」核給之研究主持費
一、依國家科學及技術委員會115年7月3日科會綜字第1150045716號函辦理。
二、依115年度優秀年輕學者研究計畫徵求公告第5點規定，自115年8月1日起執行之計畫，研究主持費由原每月新臺幣20,000元調整為25,000元。
三、自115年8月1日以後執行之計畫已按前項標準主動增核，請依經費核定清單所列標準按月核發。

Subject: Adjustment to the Principal Investigator Fee for the NSTC Outstanding Young Scholars Research Program Effective August 1, 2026
Description:
This is to announce the implementation of the letter issued by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) (Ref. No. NSTC-Zong-115-0045716, dated July 3, 2026).
In accordance with Item 5 of the 2026 Call for Proposals for the NSTC Outstanding Young Scholars Research Program, the monthly Principal Investigator (PI) fee for projects commencing on or after August 1, 2026, has been increased from NT$20,000 to NT$25,000.
For projects scheduled to commence on or after August 1, 2026, the increased PI fee has already been incorporated into the approved project budget. Please disburse the monthly PI fee in accordance with the approved budget allocation list.
The University's follow-up administrative procedures are as follows:

１、陽明校區各學術單位及附設醫院：請填主持人費通知單並檢附調整後核定清單會校內相關單位辦理(115年8月1日前核定多年期計畫，請補填每月5,000元之差額)。
２、其它校區各學術單位：首次報核請檢附工作費印領清冊及調整後核定清單會校內相關單位辦理。

(二)請款作業由計畫業務一/二組統一辦理，並依調整後經費核定清單於「產學合作計畫系統」修改計畫總經費及研究主持費，請主持人確認異動資料，如有疑義請洽計畫業務一/二組承辦人辦理。

(1) For reimbursement of the PI fee payable on or after August 1, 2026 (including retroactive payment of the increased amount):
*Academic units and the affiliated hospital of the Yangming Campus: Please complete the Principal Investigator Fee Notification Form and submit it, along with the revised approved list, to the relevant University administrative units for processing. (For multi-year projects approved before August 1, 2026, please additionally include the monthly difference of NT$5,000.)
**Academic units of other campuses: For the initial reimbursement application, please submit the Work Fee Receipt List and the revised approved list to the relevant University administrative units for processing.

(2) The reimbursement process will be handled centrally by the Division of Research Project I/II. Based on the revised approved budget allocation list, the total project budget and the PI fee will be updated in the Industry-Academia Collaboration Project System. Principal Investigators are requested to review the updated information. If there are any questions, please contact the project administrator in the Division of Research Project I or II.
