「國立陽明交通大學第6屆方賢齊BioICT論文獎」獲獎名單
方賢齊先生為臺灣電信、電子、資訊產業重要開創者及半導體產業關鍵推手，謝方怡鴻女士為紀念其父之貢獻並鼓勵陽明交通大學（以下簡稱本校）學生從事生醫資電相關領域之研發，提昇我國在此領域之研發能力與水準，以培育優秀之科技人才，特設立方賢齊先生BioICT論文獎。
【博士論文頭等獎】
- 獲 獎 人：張鈞豪 同學 ( 電機學院 / 電機工程學系)
- 指導教授：李博仁 教授 ( 電機學院 / 智慧醫電工程研究所)
- 論文題目：設計高效率微型反應器於環境永續與臨床應用
- 獎 金：獲獎人4萬元
【碩士論文頭等獎】
- 獲 獎 人：林宜潔 同學 ( 電機學院 / 電機工程學系)
- 指導教授：廖育德 教授 ( 電機學院 / 電機工程學系)
- 論文題目：應用於心理壓力檢測之低雜訊膚電反應感測晶片
- 獎 金：獲獎人2萬元
「National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University６th Xian-Qi Fang BioICT Research Thesis Award」Winners List
To commemorate her father's contribution and to encourage students of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (hereinafter referred to as the University) to engage in cross-disciplinary research and development in Biomedical Informatics and Electronics (BioICT), and to enhance our country's research and development capabilities and standards in this field so as to nurture outstanding scientific and technological talents, Ms. Hsieh Fang Yi-Hong has established the Xian-Qi Fang BioICT Research Thesis Award.
