一、本校申請人須於114年12月30日(星期二)晚上23時59分前完成線上申請，系統將準時關閉，不能再上傳及退件修改，敬請協助配合，謝謝！

二、本計畫為原「2030跨世代年輕學者方案」自115年度起之轉型計畫，國科會線上系統校內截止為114年12月30日(星期二)晚上23時59分止，相關書面文件校內收件至114年12月31日(星期三)上午10時止(逾時不候)，送件說明如下：
(一)申請者上傳資料後通知所屬系所單位，系所單位將單位及一級主管簽章之申請名冊2份送交計畫業務一/二組。
(二)若申請者為首次申請國科會計畫，請檢附學術倫理教育課程訓練證明文件1份。

三、各系所收件截止日，請逕洽所屬系所窗口，請各系所承辦人員彙整申請案後，於校內截止日前送交計畫業務二組。

四、請申請人及院系所單位務必確認計畫資料及申請名冊上資料正確性，避免錯誤修改，影響全校案件送件時程。

五、國科會訂於114年11月10日（星期一）下午2時辦理「青穗學者計畫」徵案說明會，請有意申請者自行參加，參與方式如下：
(一)實體場報名連結。
(二)線上直播連結。

The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) will hold an information session for the "SEED-Young Scholars Program" on November 10, 2025 (Monday) at 2:00 p.m. Interested applicants are welcome to attend. Participation details are as follows:

Interested applicants shall follow the application procedures specified by NSTC and shall complete the online application process through NSTC’s system by 11:59 PM on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
