113學年度第2次各級研究中心設置審查案已開始受理，相關單位如有各級研究中心設置之需求，請依國立陽明交通大學研究中心設置暨管理辦法第三條第一項「各級研究中心設置須經相關單位發起，提出設置規劃書與設置準則，經審查通過後，始得成立。」之規定辦理，行政程序參閱如下：
Applications for establishing new research centers at all levels for the 2 time of the 113 academic year are now open. Applicants wishing to establish new research centers at all levels should follow Paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the Regulations Governing the Establishment and Management of Research Centers at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University which states that "the establishment of new Research Centers at all levels must be initiated by the relevant units by submitting proposals stating their founding vision and evaluation criteria, which must be approved before the Research Center can be founded." The administrative procedures for the establishment of Research Centers at all levels are as follows:
 

• 校級研究中心：經研究發展處召開研究中心評議委員會審查通過後，提送校務會議核定。/ University-level Research Centers: After receiving approval from the Research Center Review Committee convened by the Office of Research and Development, the proposals should be submitted to the University Council for review.
• 院級研究中心：經申請單位所屬學院院務會議或電子與資訊研究中心會議(屬跨學院單位者，需分別經所屬學院院務會議)審查通過後，提送研究發展處召開的研究中心評議委員會核定。/ College-level Research Centers: After receiving approval from the College Councils of the applicant's affiliated College or from the Microelectronics and Information Systems Research Center (approval from all affiliated College Councils are required in the case of inter-college Research centers), the proposals should be submitted to the Research Center Review Committee convened by the Office of Research and Development for review.

中心設置申請送審，請檢附下列文件：
When applying for the establishment of a new research center, please include the following documents:
 

1. 各級研究中心設置規劃書(word檔) / A proposal for the establishment of new Research Centers (in the form of a Word document)
2. 各級研究中心設置準則逐條說明+全文(word檔) / A point-by-point explanation of the Guidelines for the Establishment of Research Centers along with the full text (in the form of a Word document)
3. 院務會議或電子與資訊研究中心會議紀錄(PDF檔) (申請設置為院級中心或電子與資訊研究中心所屬中心，才需檢附) / If applying to establish a College-level Research Center, also include the meeting minutes of the College Council or the Microelectronics and Information Systems Research Center (in the form of a PDF file)

The aforementioned documents should be electronically submitted by 5 p.m. to Ms. Lu Ting-Jie of the Office of Research and Development on the Yangming Campus (Email: tingjielu@nycu.edu.tw Extension number: 66216). For Guangfu, Boai, Liujia, Gueiren, Beimen Campus, the submission should be sent to Ms. Dai Yun-Hua (Email: yunhua@nycu.edu.tw Extension number: 31291). 註：各級研究中心如有現行法規需修正，得依相關程序提送本次會議審閱或核定。
Note: If the current provisions of existing Research Centers need to be revised, the revisions shall be brought up for review and approval by this council meeting in a similar manner as described above and in accordance with the relevant procedures.
