國科會函告修正「國家科學及技術委員會補助產學技術聯盟合作計畫作業要點」第二點、第五點及第六點，並自即日生效
一、依國家科學技術委員會115年2月11日科會產字第1150011432號函辦理。
二、旨揭要點本次修正重點說明如下：
(一)第二點：修正第一款申請機構資格規定。
(二)第五點：刪除至多補助二期之規定，增列補助二期屆滿後，如擬繼續執行計畫，應每年提出計畫申請。
(三)第六點：修正第一項第一款第一目，新增執行之第一期(三年內)期間得編列研究主持費。
三、檢附來函、修正要點第二點、第五點、第六點及修正對照表各1份。

The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) has announced amendments to Points 2, 5, and 6 of the “Guidelines for Subsidizing Industry-Academia Technology Alliance Cooperation Projects,” effective immediately.
The key revisions are summarized as follows:
Point 2: The eligibility requirements for applicant institutions under Subparagraph 1 have been revised.
Point 5: The provision limiting subsidies to a maximum of two phases has been deleted. A new provision has been added stipulating that if a project is to continue after the completion of two subsidized phases, a project application shall be submitted annually.
Point 6: Subparagraph 1, Item 1 of Paragraph 1 has been revised to allow the budgeting of a Principal Investigator fee during the first phase of project implementation (Years 1 through 3).
