修訂本校「補助教研人員出席國際會議發表學術成果作業要點」部分條文，適用115年3月1日起提送之申請案 / The amended policy for ' Guidelines for Faculty Members' Subsidy for Presenting Academic Outcomes at International Conferences ' shall apply to applications submitted on or after March 1, 2026.
- 旨揭要點業經115年2月25日本校114學年度第5次行政會議通過，適用115年3月1日起提送之申請案。
- 「補助教研人員出席國際會議發表學術成果作業要點」為鼓勵教研人員赴國外出席國際會議發表學術成果，增進本校國際學術交流及國際學術知名度而訂定，本次修正重點如下：
- 明確規範申請人須為實際發表人，並列舉不予補助對象；另規定同一學術成果僅限補助校內人員 1 人（修正第 2 點）。
- 新增無國科會計畫之教研人員，應優先申請及使用國科會相關會議補助之規定（增訂第 4 點）。
- 刪除出國前需辦理專案簽核的規定（刪除原第5點）。
- 新增取消補助資格之規定（增訂第 7 點）。
- 檢附作業要點全文、修正條文對照表。

- The Guidelines have been approved at the 5th Administrative Meeting of Academic Year 114 held on February 25, 2026, and shall apply to applications submitted on or after March 1, 2026.
- The “Guidelines for Faculty Members' Subsidy for Presenting Academic Outcomes at International Conferences” were established to encourage faculty members and research personnel to attend international conferences overseas to present their research findings, thereby enhancing the University’s international academic exchange and global academic visibility. The key amendments are summarized as follows:
- It is now explicitly stipulated that the applicant must be the actual presenter. Ineligible applicants are also specified. In addition, only one University member may receive a subsidy for the same research output. (Amendment to Article 2)
- A new provision stipulates that faculty members and research personnel without NSTC-funded projects shall first apply for and utilize relevant conference subsidies provided by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC). (Newly added Article 4)
- The requirement to complete a special approval process prior to traveling abroad has been removed. (Deletion of former Article 5)
- A new provision regarding the cancellation of subsidy eligibility has been added. (Newly added Article 7)
