國科會函告修正「國家科學及技術委員會補助前瞻技術產學合作計畫作業要點」第二點，並自即日生效
一、依國家科學及技術委員會114年11月26日科會產字第1140083491號函辦理。
二、旨揭規定修正重點說明如下：
(一)修正第四款第二目：配合行政院組織改造，「經濟部商業司」改制為「經濟部商業發展署」，以及「經濟部投資審議委員會」改制為「經濟部投資審議司」，爰修正機關名稱。
(二)修正第四款第三目：刪除企業同一時間參與（主導）件數至多3件之限制。
三、檢附來函、修正旨揭要點第二點規定及修正對照表各1份。

The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) Notice on the Amendment to Article 2 of the “Guidelines for the Advanced Technology Industry–Academia Collaborative Research Projects Subsidized by the National Science and Technology Council,” Effective Immediately
This amendment is made in accordance with NSTC Letter No. 1140083491 dated November 26, 2025.
The key points of the aforementioned amendments are summarized as follows:
(1) Amendment to Subparagraph 2 of Item 4: In line with the Executive Yuan’s organizational restructuring, the “Department of Commerce, Ministry of Economic Affairs” has been reorganized as the “Administration of Commerce, Ministry of Economic Affairs,” and the “Investment Commission, Ministry of Economic Affairs” has been reorganized as the “Department of Investment Review, Ministry of Economic Affairs.” Accordingly, the names of the agencies have been updated.
(2) Amendment to Subparagraph 3 of Item 4: The restriction limiting enterprises to participating in (or leading) no more than three projects at the same time has been removed.
