依「國家科學及技術委員會補助專題研究計畫作業要點」第26點第10款規定，請相關人員儘早完成6小時之學術倫理教育課程訓練，自106年12月1日起，請計畫主持人、執行系所單位及一級單位配合辦理事項如下：<br />
本校首次申請科技部計畫之計畫主持人及申請書內所列首次執行國科會計畫之參與研究人員，請於申請前完成至少6小時之學術倫理教育課程訓練。<br />
計畫開始執行後所聘首次執行國科會計畫之參與研究人員，請於起聘日起3個月內修習6小時之學術倫理教育課程訓練，並請計畫主持人、執行系所單位及一級單位負責督導事宜。<br />
<br />
計畫主持人執行國科會計畫產出論文發表於國際期刊或受補助專家學者參加國際學術會議時，發現刊登資料使用國家名稱訛誤，應立即要求國際期刊或國際學術會議主辦單位更正，並主動通知國科會相關學術處。如未提出更正要求者，未來向國科會申請獎補助時，該論文不計入計畫主持人研究成果。請詳參「國家科學及技術委員會補助計畫產出論文發表於國際期刊及專家學者出席國際學術會議發生國家名稱訛誤事件更正處理作業要點」辦理。<br />

★申請及執行非國科會計畫：<br />
計畫主持人發表於國際或大陸地區學術期刊之論文列名原則，其國家名稱以不符我國整體利益之方式參與及署名，致貶抑我國國家地位者，該篇期刊論文將不予承認，亦無法用於求職、升等及計畫申請等事宜，若發現所投稿件之國名遭擅自修改，應於第一時間主動提出抗議，要求期刊更正，若有未符規定情事，請計畫主持人及所屬單位通知我駐外機構協處並通報教育部。請詳參「教育部108年3月11日臺教高(五)字第1080026798B號函」及「政府機關(構)辦理或補助民間團體赴海外出席國際會籍或從事國際交流活動有關會籍名稱或參與地位之處理原則」辦理。</div>

一、計畫目標<br />
NVIDIA與國立陽明交通大學攜手合作，致力於推動臺灣人工智慧技術的創新與發展。本計畫旨在：<br />
1.促進尖端AI技術在台灣的研究與應用<br />
2.培育高素質的AI人才<br />
3.加速AI應用技術的開發與實現<br />
4.推動跨領域研究，結合NVIDIA的高效能GPU運算資源和國立陽明交通大學的多元研究團隊<br />

二、徵案主題<br />
歡迎以下領域的創新研究提案，但不限於：<br />
1.生成式 AI (Generative AI) 與數位孿生 (Digital Twin)： 包含但不限於生<br />
成式 AI 與數位孿生於音樂、圖像、金融、法律、製造及智慧城市等領域的應用。<br />
2.實體人工智慧 (Physical AI)： 具身智慧 (Embodied AI) 與機器人系統之研<br />
究。包含利用多模態基礎模型賦予機器人感知、理解與與物理世界互動的能力；或利用模擬環境進行 Sim-to-Real 的訓練與部署，適用於自駕車、工業機器人與人型機器人等領域。<br />
3.大型語言模型 (Large Language Models)：大型語言模型相關技術於語音處理與自然語言處理的開發與研究，以及大型語言模型技術在各種實際場景的應用。<br />
4.物理資訊神經網路 (Physics-Informed Neural Networks, PINN)： 開發物理<br />
資訊神經網絡應用於科學計算，將物理學中由主導偏微分方程式（PDEs）所描述的因果關係，與 CAE 求解器的模擬數據或觀察數據相結合，適用於流體力學、電磁學、熱力學等領域之加速運算。<br />
5.量子計算模擬 (Quantum Computing Simulation)： 進行量子計算模擬研究，<br />
例如：協助研究人員在一般計算機（GPU）上模擬量子系統，以探索量子演算法與量子<br />
計算的潛力。<br />
6.藥物探索 (Drug Discovery)： 藥物開發相關的研究，例如：結合深度學習技術用於藥物分子設計、蛋白質結構預測、虛擬篩選等面向。<br />
7.醫療保健 (Healthcare)： 醫療影像分析、基因體學及智慧醫療相關的研究與應用，利用 AI 技術幫助提升臨床診斷精準度、手術輔助和治療效果。<br />
8.資料處理單元 (Data Processing Unit, DPU) 應用： 利用 DPU進行網路、儲存與安全任務的卸載與加速之創新研究。<br />
9.其他 NVIDIA 軟體開發工具套件 (SDK) 相關主題：利用NVIDIA SDK 提供的技術和工具所開發更多創新應用，以需要大規模運算者為佳。<br />

Innovative research proposals in the following areas are welcome, but not limited to:<br />
Generative AI and Digital Twin:<br />
Applications of generative AI and digital twin technologies across domains such as music, imaging, finance, law, manufacturing, and smart cities.<br />
Physical AI:<br />
Research on embodied AI and robotic systems. This includes enabling robots to perceive, understand, and interact with the physical world using multimodal foundation models, as well as leveraging simulation environments for sim-to-real training and deployment in areas such as autonomous vehicles, industrial robots, and humanoid robots.<br />
Large Language Models (LLMs):<br />
Development and research of LLM-related technologies in speech processing and natural language processing, as well as their applications in various real-world scenarios.<br />
Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs):<br />
Development of PINNs for scientific computing by integrating the causal relationships described by governing partial differential equations (PDEs) in physics with simulation or observational data from CAE solvers. Applicable to accelerating computation in fields such as fluid dynamics, electromagnetics, and thermodynamics.<br />
Quantum Computing Simulation:<br />
Research on quantum computing simulation, such as enabling researchers to simulate quantum systems on conventional computers (e.g., GPUs) to explore the potential of quantum algorithms and quantum computing.<br />
Drug Discovery:<br />
Research related to drug development, including the application of deep learning techniques for molecular design, protein structure prediction, and virtual screening.<br />
Healthcare:<br />
Research and applications in medical imaging analysis, genomics, and smart healthcare, leveraging AI technologies to improve clinical diagnostic accuracy, surgical assistance, and treatment outcomes.<br />
Data Processing Unit (DPU) Applications:<br />

二、申請人資格為本校副研究員或副教授以上編制內專任人員，年齡須在55歲以下，116年度計畫之申請人須為民國61年（西元1972年）1月1日以後出生者。執行國家科學及技術委員會個人型大型研究計畫，與此計畫執行期間不得重疊超過1年7個月。個人型大型研究計畫包含但不限於「學術攻頂研究計畫」、「尖端科學研究計畫」、「卓越領航研究計畫」、「人文行遠專書寫作計畫」、「人文及社會科學研究卓越計畫」、「工程科技中堅躍升研究計畫」、「新秀學者」、「國際年輕傑出學者」或「青穗學者計畫」。<br />

NSTC Notice on Amending the “Industry–University Cooperative Research Project on Advanced Technology” Solicitation Announcement<br />
<br />
Amendment Details:<br />
The amendments apply to Item 2, Item 4, Subitem (2)-1, and Subitems (3) and (4). Applicants for the Advanced Technology R&D Type must first submit a project concept proposal through the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) website. The application must be submitted by the designated representative of the applicant institution. Only after the concept proposal has passed the review may the applicant submit the full project proposal on the NSTC website within the deadline specified by the NSTC.<br />

Application Process:<br />
This program accepts applications on a rolling basis. The internal procedure for submitting the Advanced Technology R&D Type Concept Paper is as follows:<br />
The applicant submits the project concept proposal through the NSTC website.<br />
The applicant’s department prepares a formal cover letter with the required attachments (e.g., application checklist) and supporting documents, including the University’s Declaration of Conflict of Interest Avoidance and Information Disclosure for Industry–Academia Collaboration. These documents are reviewed by the Planning Office Teams I and II and the R&D Office for approval before being submitted to the NSTC for processing.<br />

二、旨揭計畫國科會<span style="color:#e74c3c;">線上申請系統校內截止為115年2月22日（星期日）晚上23時59分止，相關書面文件校內收件至115年2月23日（星期一）上午9時止</span>，送件說明如下：<br />
(一)請申請人先行上網註冊，將歷年成績證明正本掃描成彩色電子檔後上傳，以利辨識；並請確認個人基本資料及學術著作資料是否為最新資料。於線上完成相關作業後，將申請案「繳交送出」至就讀系所主管；待系所主管（或授權系所人員）線上「確認」後，再請指導教授於網路上傳「指導教授初評意見表」、勾選「遵照學術倫理規範」並「彙整送出」同意指導；最後由本組上線確認及「彙整送出」，完成線上申請作業。<br />
(二)申請學生之系所主管（或授權系所人員）請以各系所之國科會線上申辦系統行政作業帳號及密碼登入，登入後請確認申請人資格是否符合本計畫作業要點第三點之規定，計畫研究期間申請人需為學生身份，並請檢視上傳資料是否完整清晰、是否有上傳完成學術倫理教育課程訓練至少6小時證明文件，以及申請書表C802內容是否符合以10頁為限（參考文獻不計）之規定。<br />
(三)請符合資格之申請人於國科會網頁完成線上作業，由系所單位窗口（於學籍成績管理系統）確認學生在學資格後，列印系統頁面申請人名冊1份（經系所單位主管、一級主管核章），於校內截止收件日前，將資料送所屬校區計畫業務一、二組承辦人員彙辦。<br />

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis starting from the date of announcement.<br />
Instructions:<br />
The program is divided into the following three types. Submission requirements for each type are as follows:<br />
(1) Advanced Technology R&D Type:<br />
The applicant’s department/unit shall prepare an official cover letter with attachments (including three hard copies of the project proposal and one CD), and the reference attachment (the University’s “Declaration of Conflict of Interest Avoidance and Information Disclosure for Industry-Academia Collaboration”). After joint processing by Project Affairs Division I/II and review/approval by the Office of R&D, the documents shall be forwarded to the NSTC.<br />
<br />
(2) Industry-Academia R&D Center Type:<br />
After the applicant uploads the required documents to the NSTC Academic R&D Service Portal, the applicant’s department/unit shall prepare an official cover letter with attachments (including two copies each of the application roster and affidavit), and the reference attachment (the University’s “Declaration of Conflict of Interest Avoidance and Information Disclosure for Industry-Academia Collaboration”). The application for this project consists of two stages: a proposal outline and a full project proposal. Call for proposals： ”115年度補助延攬研究學者暨執行專題研究計畫” by NSTC<br />
<br />
The internal deadline for applications to the 2026 NSTC Subsidy Program for Recruiting Research Scholars and Implementing Research Projects is November 24, 2025.<br />
<br />
· The aforementioned program will be fully implemented through an online application system. All required forms must be prepared via the NSTC website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw/) by accessing the “Academic R&D Service Network.”<br />
· Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements specified in Article 3 of the operational guidelines. Relevant regulations and application forms can be found on the NSTC website (Path: Academic Research → Subsidy and Incentive Regulations and Forms → Recruitment of S&T Talents → Subsidy for Recruiting Research Scholars).<br />

1.According to the subsidy guidelines of this program, each university/college may submit up to two applications, provided they are of different types and serve different tribes or service areas. (This restriction does not apply to one-year projects submitted in different fiscal years.)<br />
<br />

<div class="ed_txt">一、依國家科學及技術委員會112年9月18日科會綜字第1120061449號函辦理<br />
<br />
二、旨揭措施經審查通過後，於計畫原核定期限內，依執行機構與博士生兼任人員約用期間，每月增核新臺幣1萬元，增核月份得追溯自112年9月起，同一約用期間以補助一次為限。補助經費專款專用，如有餘款應全數繳回。多年期計畫請依核定清單執行期限分年提出申請。<br />
<br />
三、申請方式如下：<br />
<br />
(一)博士生兼任人員須於學術研發服務網登錄個人資料表。<br />
<br />
(二)計畫主持人請至學術研發服務網內點選執行中計畫，於計畫變更項目下「參與計畫博士生費用增核措施」申請追加經費，需上傳基本資料表及博士生兼任人員核准約用之相關資料影本。<br />
<br />
(三)線上作業完畢後請檢附專題研究計畫變更申請表，經主持人、系所主管及一級主管核章後送主計室、計畫業務一或二組辦理送出。<br />
<br />
四、個案經核定後，請計畫主持人所屬單位，備函向國科會請款，另需檢附核定清單(新)及基本資料表，叙明博士生兼任人員姓名、申請追加費用期間、月支研究津貼或工作酬金等，簽會人事室、主計室、計畫業務一或二組辦理。<br />
