Management method and use method
  1. The use of this equipment can only be used after making an appointment and confirmation with the instrument operating technician one week ago. It cannot be cancelled within three days before the appointment period. If the appointment is not cancelled three days ago, the start-up fee will still be charged. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or e-mail to discuss.
  2. Please download the ImageStream Experimental Evaluation Worksheet (Appendix 1) one week before using the instrument, complete it and return it to the instrument operator, and refer to the Sample Preparation Guide (Appendix 2).
  3. In order to facilitate the use of units by other schools, users of other schools can register to use the opening hours during the day.
  4. In order to avoid clogging the pipeline, the sample (and the control group) should be filtered with an appropriate pore size filter first, and please estimate the sample size in advance. The sample concentration is recommended to be at least 1×10.4 cells/50ml (2×107 cells/ml) to avoid lengthy occupancy of the instrument.
  5. Access to experimental data is limited to (VCD/DVD) discs and cannot be stored in any other way. Please bring your own discs, if not, a burning fee of RMB 100 will be charged for each disc
  6. In addition to the sheath fluid, you need to prepare the required samples and experimental reagents (antibodies, fluorescent dyes, etc.), control groups and buffers for suspended samples, etc. Please note that isotopes and infectious reagents and samples are prohibited. its use.
  7. Thank you for using the service of this instrument. If our work is really helpful to your work, please consider listing us as a co-author or an acknowledgement, which will be of great help to the long-term operation and maintenance of this instrument, application for funding, and performance appraisal.
  8. Welcome to cooperate in the development of new technologies and applications of this instrument. If you are interested, please contact the teacher in charge of the instrument.
