I.
Specifications- Detection modes include absorbance, absorbance full-wavelength scanning, fluorescence upper and lower detection, fluorescence full-wavelength scanning, time-lag fluorescence detection, luminescence, and dual-color luminescence detection modes.
- A light source system supports all detection modes and uses a high-energy Xenon lamp xenon flash lamp. The lamp has a long life and does not need to be warmed up before use.
- The number of flashes of the xenon bulb can be adjusted according to different detection modes.
- During interpretation, the light source will be detected through the Reference Fiber, and the correctness of the penetrating light source and the stability of the bulb flicker will be confirmed.
- Detector: Match the best detector according to different detection modes (up to 3 can be installed).
- Multiple calibrations and interpretations can be performed. The absorbance and fluorescence detection can be performed simultaneously on the same microplate.
- Sample format: 6~384 microwell plate, plate height up to 23mm (microplate covered). You do not need to replace the Plate Adapter or Plate Holder when using different microplates.
- Wavelength screening: Continuous full-wavelength screening through a quadruple splitting system, no need to purchase additional filters.
- The full-wavelength optical system is the Quad4 Monochromator system, which can effectively filter stray light up to 10-6 times. By rotating the Monochromator Mirror, the scanning speed is fast and accurate.
- Shaking mode: Linear or Orbital Shaking, providing six levels of amplitude-frequency, which can be finely adjusted by 0.5 mm.
- The device can be operated directly on the panel to move the microplate in and out.
- Measurement speed: usually less than 20 seconds for a 96-well plate.
- Built-in power supply.
- The device uses voltage in the 120 - 240 volts range and has automatic induction.
- The host has a USB 2.0 interface.
- Temperature control: The device can maintain a temperature between room temperature +5 to 42℃.

Absorbance measurement- Wavelength range: 230 to 1000 nm (UV/VIS/NIR)
- Measurement range: 0 to 4 OD.
- Detector module: UV Silicon photodiode
- Accuracy: 0~2 OD. ≦ ±1 %
- Wavelength accuracy: ≦ 315nm: ± 0.3 nm; >315 nm: ± 0.5 nm

Fluorescence measurement- Measurement mode: upper and lower measurements support time-lag fluorescence measurement mode
- Wavelength range: excitation range from 230 to 850nm; emission range from 280 to 850nm
- Detection range: 0~60,000 RFU
- PMT detector module: PMT, UV and red-sensitive
- Fluorescence magnification Gain value setting: You can choose automatic adjustment (automatic analysis of the entire plate, analysis of specified hole positions, or enhanced dynamic range) or manual setting, and the range of 1~255 can be adjusted arbitrarily
- The interval between fluorescence excitation and absorption wavelengths must be ≧ 29nm. For example, if the fluorescence excitation wavelength is set to 400nm, the fluorescence absorbance wavelength must be ≧ 429nm for effective measurements.
- Fluorescence sensitivity: The upper reading is 170 amol/well; the lower reading is 1.2 fmol/well
- Wavelength accuracy: ≦315nm: ± 1 nm; >315 nm: ± 2 nm
- During the upper reading experiment, the Z-position is automatically adjusted by 1μm to obtain the best fluorescence reading position. This adjustment is based on the difference in liquid level, and it helps to determine the optimal fluorescence signal and background value. A diagram represents the high position.

Luminescence measurement- Wavelength range: 380~600 nm
- Linear range: >6 orders of magnitude
- Detector module: Photon Counting System with low dark current PMT, a single photon counter that can accurately read luminescence readings with weak signals.
- Glow Luminescence detection sensitivity: 225 amol ATP/well
- Flash Luminescence detection sensitivity: 12 amol ATP/well
- Integration Time/well: 1~20,000 ms
- The reading head's height can be adjusted automatically to the optimal Z-position reading height depending on the type of microplates used. This reduces the mutual interference caused by the self-illumination of luminescence samples and thereby improves the sensitivity of luminescence detection.
- Built-in Filter Wheel supports dual-color luminescence detection mode in the following bands:
- Green (510~540nm, Chroma-Glo, BRET2)
- Magenta (610~700nm, Chroma-Glo, BRET2)
- Blue1 (370~480nm, BRET)
- Green1 (520~570, BRET)

Dispenser module- The module contains two dispensers and two sets of pipe holders, which can accurately dispense into 384 microwell plates
- You can operate through the buttons on the panel which can directly perform Prime and Wash dispenser cleaning and maintenance.
- Dispensing accuracy: <2% for 100 ul
- Dead Volume: 100 ul, including pump back
- Built-in pump-back recycling function can save reagents to reuse
- Built-in dispenser and microplate sensors can confirm whether the microplate is correctly placed in the instrument to avoid dispensing errors
- Dispense mode: You can choose the well mode (dispense each hole and interpret immediately) or the dispense mode (dispense the entire plate and then continue other actions, such as shaking, waiting, or reading)
- The software offers an intuitive, wizard-style guided operation interface that significantly improves work efficiency.
- It supports Endpoint, Kinetic, Multilabel, and more experiments.
- All experimental parameters and settings are conveniently displayed in the same window.
- The workflow-oriented software allows users to set the experimental process according to the analysis steps.
- Adding experimental steps is easy using the drop-down options, where users can define the microplate format, the number of readings, settling time, wavelength, and other experimental step settings.
- With the Multiassay function, one microwell plate can support various experiments and calculation parameters.
- The software has built-in enzyme kinetics formulas, and users can choose between Linear or Quadratic slope calculation methods and calculate the area under the curve they selected. The software also has built-in Lineweaver-Burk, Eadie-Hofstee, Hanes, and other drawing formulas for calculating Km and Vmax value formulas.
- One experimental method can be applied to several microplates without any changes.
- The software can read different combinations of filters and match different detection methods simultaneously.
- Users can set cycle parameters, reaction time differences, and specific conditions in the experimental cycle for enzyme kinetics.
- They can also set commands and reminders to be displayed during the experimental steps.
- After completing all measurements, the experimental data will be automatically saved in Excel format.

- Please confirm the instrument connection status in the lower left corner of the i-control software before use.
- If the connection between the instrument and the software is lost, follow these steps to reconnect:
- Firstly, close the i-control software.
- Secondly, turn off the machine from the rear and wait for 30 seconds.
- Turn on the machine.
- After restarting the power, wait until the triangular green light on the machine panel is constantly on. Then, open the i-control software to reconnect.
- Open i-control software and reconnect steps:
- Click Instrument > Connect
- Choose the instrument name on the opened window and click "OK."
- The instrument reconnects successfully if the serial number is shown.
- Click Instrument > Connect
- Please keep the i-Control software open!
