Payment Isssues

  1. Off-campus users:
    • Before use, the instrument technician will issue a quotation to the user. Please sign and seal the consignor column of the quotation and the seal of the entrusting unit, and submit it to the instrument technician.
    • After the experiment is completed, the instrument technician will issue a payment notice for the common instrument usage fee to the user.
    • Please bring the payment notice to the Cashier Section (2nd Floor, Zhongzheng Hall, Guangfu Campus) to pay the fee, and submit the payment notice and a copy of the receipt to the instrument technician after payment (you can also scan the receipt and save it as an electronic file to the technician).
  2. School users:
    • On-campus users can use the various programs that professors implement in the school to directly transfer and debit funds.
    • Fill in the application form for transfer of school unit funds in the University Campus-Common Instrument Usage Fee (Common Instrument Fund Transfer Application Form for Intra-school Units), please complete and seal it and hand it over to the instrument technician.
