TOUCH IMAGER is a contact chemiluminescence imager, which is applied to the collection and quantitative analysis of Western Blot chemiluminescence images, and has the advantages of small size, high sensitivity and wide dynamic range.

The instrument specifications are as follows:
  • Can detect protein Western blot signal and SDS-PAGE image acquisition.
  • The real size of the photosensitive chip is ≧ 14 cm x 10 cm.
  • The size of the visible range of the photosensitive chip is ≧ 10 cm x 7 cm.
  • Pixel size ≧ 95 um x 95 um.
  • Dynamic range ≧16bit.
  • Single image exposure time ranges from 0.1 to 600 seconds.
  • No need for a cooling system and focusing lens.
  • The distance between the sample and the photosensitive chip is ≦1 cm to reduce signal loss.
  • There is a white light LED inside the upper cover of the main unit. The host body has LED indicators, distinguishing different states such as power-on, connection, and image capture.
  • Shooting modes include HD mode and standard mode.
  • The software has a one-key camera function, which can automatically shoot ≧8 images with different exposure times.
  • The software automatically backs up images, and the file name information includes the year, month, day, hour, minute, second, and exposure time of the photo.
  • The formats that can be stored include TIF and PNG, and 254, 300, 600, and 1200 dpi can be selected.
The functions of the IQTL software can be used for analysis:
  1. 1D electrophoresis gel quantification
  2. Western blot quantification
  3. Colony count
  4. Array analysis (MicroArray)
※This machine must be booked via the Instrument Reservation System
