- Unzip and open the IQTL folder
- Click on the setup file in the data box
- Click the Install ImageQuant TL box to install the ImageQuant TL software
- Click on ImageQuant TL icon
- Click on 1D gel analysis
- Select the image file to analyze
- Select "I am using a Floating E-License"
- Enter IP address in the space: 120.126.98.236 Then click Finish to use
