There is a dedicated computer for mass spectrometry data analysis in the MS Facility room of the IRC on the 6th floor of the Library, Information & Research Building. During working hours, you can contact the instrument manager in advance. With their approval, you can make a self-use reservation.

- Progenesis QI: Used for preprocessing mass spectrometry raw data, metabolite identification, and inter-group ANOVA statistical analysis, applicable to untargeted analysis.
- EZinfo: Can create PCA, PLSDA, and O-PLSDA spectrum analysis, which is suitable for multivariate analysis.
- Waters MassLynx Software: Waters’ dedicated data software for preliminary data processing (XIC, TIC) and quantitative analysis.
- Agilent MassHunter Software: Agilent’s dedicated data analysis software for both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- This computer is available for reservation throughout the day. It is primarily reserved for the exclusive use of the Mass Spectrometry Facility of the Instrumentation Resource Center for analyzing raw data.
- Before using the computer for the first time, please contact the center administrator. Once your request is approved, you can make a reservation through the [Instrument Reservation System].
- You MUST run a virus scan before using the USB drive containing raw data.
- Please be aware that due to limited computer hard drive space and the need to ensure the proper operation of the instruments, the administrator may periodically delete data. The center is not responsible for data storage. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Each individual is allowed to make a maximum of 10 appointments within a two-week period, with a maximum of 2 hours per session.
- Additionally, the person making the reservation must be the actual user.
