- You must first pass the FESEM6500 and 6700 assessment of the Materials Department of our school and operate the machine for more than 24 hours within three months

- Level A: Open to students who need to use it. They can operate it on their own after training and assessment.
- Level B: Each professor assigns one student to apply for training. The other students of the professor need to be operated by students who have received training. If a professor has too many students using the instrument, he or she can ask the instrument to The person in charge applied to increase the number of students receiving training.
- Level C: The person in charge of the instrument selects a number of students recommended by the professor to receive training. After passing the assessment, they can operate the instrument themselves and be responsible for entrusted service work.
- Level D: The technical staff of this laboratory accept entrusted services and are not open for use.

Management methods and usage methods
- Limited open magnetism (containing iron, cobalt, and nickel components), powders (magnetic powders are strictly prohibited), polymers, and biological materials. You must write a letter to inform the nature and type of the material and discuss it with the SEM technician. If you do not inform us in advance in writing, the experiment will not be carried out.
- Please bring your own blank CD-R/DVD to access files

EBSD test piece size limit: length and width 10mm×10mm, height 3mm - Please cut the test pieces by yourself in advance. On-site cutting is not allowed in the instrument room.
- If you are late for more than 30 minutes or the sample does not meet the requirements and the order cannot be entrusted, it will be deemed to be abandoned and the "basic time period fee" will be deducted.
- If you need to do EBSD, you need to inform us by email first. If you don't inform us in advance by writing, the experiment will not be carried out.

- Cancellation method:
- If you want to cancel, please cancel online 7 days before the scheduled FESEM date. If you do not cancel, cancel less than 7 days before, or do not show up on the day, the "basic time slot fee" will be deducted.
- If cancellation cannot be made online, it means that the 7-day cancellation deadline has passed.
- This equipment can only be canceled online. If you call to inform you that you cannot come, the "basic time slot fee" will still be deducted.
