In addition to low-temperature cathode fluorescence analysis, it also has time-resolution capabilities, which can obtain dynamic spectral information with nanometer/picosecond spatial/time resolutions to enable the study of carrier dynamics and lifetime.

System open level description
  • Level A: Open to students who need to use it. They can operate it on their own after training and assessment.
  • Level B: Each professor assigns one student to apply for training. The other students of the professor must be operated by the trained students. If a professor has too many students using the instrument, he or she may apply to the person in charge of the instrument to increase the number of students receiving training. .
  • Level C: The person in charge of the instrument selects a number of students recommended by the professor to receive training. After passing the assessment, they can operate the instrument themselves and be responsible for entrusted service work.
  • Level D: The technical staff of this laboratory accept entrusted services and are not open for use.

Reservation instructions:

  • Pre-experiment consulting line:
  • Open for reservations: 10:00 AM on the 25th of each month / Available reservations period: 1 month / Reservation should be executed at least 3 days in advance (except weekends and holidays).
Service schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
  •   Note: Every day, 8:30-9:00 and 17:00-17:30 are dedicated to system maintenance.
Reservation cancellations:
  • Cancellations are only available by informing the technician at least 24 hours before the experiment schedule.
  • Please also mention the reasons for cancellation in the email.
  • If the users cancel their reservations late, their reservation license will be suspended for one month from the day of cancellation.
  • Accumulating 3 times of late cancellation per year, the reservation license will be suspended for six months from the day of the last cancellation.
Others:
  • If the reservation schedule conflicts with the training schedule, the training schedule will take priority.
  • If the reservation schedule conflicts with the manufacturer's maintenance schedule, the manufacturer's maintenance schedule will take priority.
  • To maintain the cleanliness of the experiment condition, no food or drinks are allowed in the laboratory.
Currently, the CL system does not open for user training.
