國家科學及技術委員會補助國內研究生出席國際學術會議作業要點

本校在學研究生最遲應於會議首日所屬月份之前兩個月最後一天午夜完成線上申請，逾期不受理申請；避免申請資料不全被退件，建請提早送件，以預留資料退改時間。
系統每月第2個工作天會重新設定申請截止時間，申請114年05月份舉辦之會議，校內線上申請截止時間為114年3月31日23時59分，(114年06月舉辦會議校內申請截止日為114年04月30日，以此類推，為整理當月份申請案，每月第1個工作天系統不開放)。

送出申請前，請先以申請書檢查表檢查申請書內容，檢查無誤後再行送出申請。

Subsidy for Domestic Graduate Students to Attend International Academic Conferences

Graduate students  must complete the online application no later than midnight on the last day of the month two months prior to the first day of the conference. Late applications will not be accepted.
The system will reset the application deadline on the second working day of each month. For example, for a conference held in May 2025, the internal online application deadline is March 31, 2025, at 23:59. Similarly, for a conference held in June 2025, the application deadline is April 30, 2025. To process applications for the current month, the system will not be available on the first working day of each month..
