本校114年度第一梯次教師及研究人員國際化研究成果獎勵之學術專書及專書章節開始受理申請（114年所產出之研究成果），申請期間為即日起至114年10月3日（五），請查照轉知。
主旨：本校114年度第一梯次教師及研究人員國際化研究成果獎勵之學術專書及專書章節開始受理申請（114年所產出之研究成果），申請期間為即日起至114年10月3日（五），請查照轉知。
說明：
一、請轉知所屬專任教師及研究人員（不含離退人員）參考本校教師及研究人員國際化研究成果獎勵原則（如附件1）及下列注意事項辦理申請事宜，逾期恕不受理。
二、申請方式：由校園單一入口網站登入研發指標資訊管理系統（路徑：單一入口網→陽明交通大學→研發→研發指標資訊管理系統）。
三、本次受理114年度出版之學術專書/專書章節獎勵申請，請於系統填寫申請表（操作手冊如附件2），申請人線上送出經所屬系所、學院查對核可後，由學院彙整外審建議名單（如附件3）及學術專書/專書章節之應附文件（如附件4 -第7頁），向研發處提出申請，由研發處統一送外審，收件期限為114年10月3日。
四、除學術專書/專書章節獎勵，其餘教師及研究人員國際化研究成果獎勵項目之申請作業將另案通知。

Subject: Application Open for the "1st Incentives to Faculty and Research Fellows for International Research Results of 2025" –Scholarly Monographs and Monograph Chapters
Explanation:
1. All full-time teachers and researchers (excluding those who have retired or left the university) are eligible to apply. Before submitting an application, please refer to the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Guidelines on Incentives to Faculty and Research Fellows for International Research Results (see Attachment 1). Please note that late applications will not be accepted.
2.Application Method: Please log in to the RD Indicator Information Management System via the NYCU portal (Path: Entry NYCU Portal→ NYCU Campus → Research and Development → RD Indicator Information Management System.)
3.This application is for Scholarly Monographs and Monograph Chapters published in 2025. Applicants should:
1)Fill out the application form in the RD Indicator Information Management System (the operating manual can be found in Attachment 2).
2)Once submitted online, the application will be verified and approved by the respective department and college.
3)The college will then compile the required documents, including:
●The list of external reviewers (see Attachment 3),
●The necessary documents for the Scholarly Monographs and Monograph Chapters (see Attachment 4, pages 7).
These materials must be submitted to the Research and Development Office. The deadline for submission is October 3, 2025.
4. Aside from the application for Scholarly Monographs and Monograph Chapters, the application procedures for other Incentives to Faculty and Research Fellows for International Research Results will be announced separately.
