國科會「補助國內舉辦國際學術研討會」114年第二期申請案自114年9月1日起接受申請，校內截止日期為114年9月26日(五)中午12點The NSTC is now accepting applications for the 2nd round of the “Subsidy Program for Hosting International Academic Conferences in Taiwan” for the year 2025, The internal deadline is September 26, 2025 (Friday), 12:00 noon.
一、依據國家科學及技術委員會114年8月29日科會科字第1140063487號函辦理。
二、研討會辦理時間須於114年10月1日起至116年3月31日期間，預定於114年12月24日（星期三）函發審查結果，必要時得予展延。
三、申請人請於國科會「學術研發服務網」之「國內舉辦國際學術研討會」完成線上申請。(申請案內若有其他單位配合補助經費，請依本校「產學合作收入收支管理要點」規定，以該經費總額之5%於該補助案內編列行政管理費)。
四、校內作業流程如下(校內截止日期為114年9月26日(五)中午12點前)：
【交大校區】：請申請教師之所屬單位校內截止前列印「申請書」1份，經計畫主持人、單位主管及一級主管核章後送計畫業務二組辦理申請。交大校區承辦人：陳卉娥小姐(分機31435)。
【陽明校區】：請申請人送出後列印「申請資料表(IY01)」送交所屬單位，並經由申請單位主管及一級主管於申請表核章後送至研發處計畫業務一組李筱君小姐(分機：66058)。
五、旨揭計畫全面實施線上申請：
(一)各類書表請務必至該會網站(https://www.nstc.gov.tw/?l=ch)進入「學術研發服務網」製作。
(二)作業要點及申請書大綱範本可自該會網站下載（網頁路徑：「本會各單位網站」－「科教發展及國際合作處」－「一般性及專案型國際交流方案補助」－「補助國內舉辦國際學術研討會」）。

The NSTC is now accepting applications for the 2nd round of the “Subsidy Program for Hosting International Academic Conferences in Taiwan” for the year 2025, starting from September 1, 2025.
The internal deadline is September 26, 2025 (Friday), 12:00 noon.
1.The conference must be held between October 1, 2025, and March 31, 2027. The review results are scheduled to be announced on December 24, 2025 (Wednesday), with possible extension if necessary.
2.Internal application procedures (internal deadline: September 26, 2025 (Friday), before 12:00 noon):
(1)Hsinchu (Chiao Tung) Campus: Applicants’ affiliated unit must print one copy of the application form before the deadline. After obtaining the required signatures from the project PI, unit director, and first-level supervisor, the form should be submitted to Division II, Office of Research and Development. Contact: Ms. Hui-E Chen (cjo4k6@nycu.edu.tw).
(2)Yang-Ming Campus: After submitting the application online, applicants must print the Application Information Form (IY01) and submit it to their affiliated unit. After obtaining the signatures from the unit director and first-level supervisor, the form should be forwarded to Division I, Office of Research and Development. Contact: Ms. Hsiao-Chun Li (hclee3@nycu.edu.tw).
3.This program is fully implemented through online application:
(1) All forms must be generated through the NSTC website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw/?l=ch) → “Academic Research Service Portal.”
(2) Guidelines and application form templates can be downloaded from the NSTC website under:
“NSTC Divisions” → “Department of International Cooperation and Science Education” → “General and Special International Exchange Programs” → “Subsidy Program for Hosting International Academic Conferences in Taiwan.”
