一、依國家科學及技術委員會南部科學園區管理局114年6月3日南投字第1140019461A號函辦理。

二、請有意申請教師所屬單位於114年7月23日前依申請須知規定備妥學研機構主持人聲明書1式11份、合作研究意向書(請主持人簽章)、計畫總表(申請總表)、學研機構主持人(共同主持人)簡歷及計畫經費編列(含學研機構計畫經費-研究人力費)各1份，以簽案會辦計畫業務一/二組、人事室、研發處並送秘書處陳核後用印，再送交合作之園區廠商(申請機構)，申請機構需於114年7月31日下午5時前將紙本申請文件寄至計畫辦公室(以郵戳為憑)辦理申請。

三、計畫經費編列時，本校管理費請以學研機構補助款「人事費(不含研究主持費)」、「耗材、物品、圖書及雜項費(消耗性器材及原材料費)」總和之15%編列。

四、有關學術倫理及發表論文或參加國際學術會議之列名原則等相關注意事項請參見計畫業務組網站公告。

五、計畫申請說明會訂於114年6月12日下午2時至3時於該局高雄園區401會議室，並同步提供視訊(報名完成將提供會議連結資訊)，請有意參加者於114年6月11日上午10時前逕至線上完成報名(報名網址：https://reurl.cc/o8AoeV )，屆時請準時與會參加。
