國科會115年度「學術攻頂研究計畫」構想書受理申請
一、依國家科學及技術委員會114年9月17日科會綜字第1140068034號函辦理。
二、本計畫分構想書及計畫書兩階段申請，有意申請者請於114年9月25日前將構想書及申請機構推薦書送至研發處計畫業務一/二組，屆時將依國科會規定於相關學術審查程序審查後推薦申請名單。
三、獲推薦者完成構想書線上申請作業後請通知所屬系所單位，並請系所單位於114年10月8日前送交經單位及一級主管簽章後之各歸屬處別申請名冊（橫印）1份予計畫業務一/二組。
四、相關申請注意事項請參閱來函及徵求公告等附件。
五、本案計畫業務一組承辦人林靜苡小姐（分機：66171）；計畫業務二組承辦人林瓊娟小姐(分機：31943)。
Call for proposals： ” National Science and Technology Council Academic Summit Program”
The application for this project consists of two stages: a proposal outline and a full project proposal. Interested applicants should have their respective departments submit the proposal outline and the recommendation letter from the applying institution to the Project Affairs Division I/II of the Office of Research and Development by September 25, 2025. Applications will be reviewed through the relevant academic evaluation procedures, after which a list of recommended applicants will be selected.
Recommended applicants should notify their respective departments after completing the online application for the proposal outline. The department is required to submit one signed copy of the application roster (printed horizontally), which includes the signatures of the department and the first-level supervisor, to the Project Affairs Division I/II by October 8, 2025.
