一、研發處業於114年6月16日（附件1）通知全校各學院，第2梯次獎勵受理本校學生113年度衍生之研究成果項目。
On June 16th, 2025(see Appendix 1), the Office of Research and Development notified each department in the university that the second round of Incentives for the Excellent Research Results derived from students in the 2024 year is now open for application.
二、有意申請者，請參閱獎勵要點及申請注意事項等附件，並依各系所與學院規定之時間送件，逾期恕不受理。
Prospective applicants should consult the appendixes for sponsorship guidelines and relevant application information. Applications must be submitted according to the specified schedule determined by each department and college. Delayed submissions will not be accepted.
（一）研究成果項目受理區間：113年度（113年1月1日至113年12月31日止）
Research Outcome Items Accepting Period: 2024 Year (From January 1st, 2024 to December 31st, 2024)
（二）申請資格：依「國立陽明交通大學學生優良研究成果獎勵要點(National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Guidelines on Incentives for Students' Excellent Research Results)」第三、四、五點規定辦理（附件1-2）
Application Qualification: Please implement in compliance with the Article 3, 4, and 5 of the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Guidelines on Incentives for Students' Excellent Research Results, (see Appendix 1-2).

填寫申請表並檢附佐證資料：
Please fill out the application form and submit supporting documents:
請申請人（學生）填妥「113年度學生優良研究成果獎勵申請表」（附件2）並完成「申請人」及「指導教授」親筆簽名（電子簽名亦可）及檢附相關佐證文件，再提交至所屬系所、學院辦理資格初審。
The applicants (students) must complete the 2024 Incentives for Students' Excellent Research Results Application Form (see Appendix 2), ensure the form is signed by both the applicant and their advisor (accepting both hand signatures and electronic signatures), and submit the required documents to the affiliated department/college for the initial qualification review.
提交所屬系所、學院完成資格初審：

敬請「所屬系所承辦人」協助確認學生所提研究成果確實為「在學期間以本校名義獲獎」或「在學期間完成期刊論文投稿並於113年度被接受或發表者」。
The university kindly requests the Affiliated Department Supervisor to assist and confirm that the student’s research outcomes have truthfully been “awarded on behalf of the university during their enrollment period” or are “academic journal papers completed during their enrollment and have been published or the submission has been accepted for the 2024 year.”
學院彙整申請案件送至研發處校區業務窗口：
Application Compiled by the College to be Submitted to Office of Research and Development On-Campus Administrative Window:
敬請「所屬學院承辦人」協助彙整院內完成資格確認之申請案紙本文件（含所有電子檔）後，批次彙送至研發處收件窗口，俾本處辦理全校申請案提送審議作業。
The university kindly requests the “affiliated department supervisor” to assist in confirming the qualifications of the application documents’ hard copies (along with the electronic files) and subsequently compile them. Please submit the compiled documents in batches to the designated officers at the Office of Research and Development. This procedural adherence will facilitate efficient processing of all applications within our university and enable their submission for the review process.
（四）申請應附文件：敬請申請人（學生）檢附以下申請文件之「紙本」及「電子檔」提送至所屬系所、學院進行辦理。
Required Application Documents: Applicants (students) are required to submit the following documents in both “hard copy” and “electronic” formats to their respective affiliated department/college for processing.
On June 16th, 2025(see Appendix 1), the Office of Research and Development notified each department in the university that the second round of Incentives for the Excellent Research Results derived from students in the 2024 year is now open for application.

三、本113年度第2梯次「學生優良研究成果獎勵」申請資料，敬請各學院於受理截止日 114年7月14日（一）前送交研發處收件窗口辦理（資訊如下）。
For the second period applications in 2024, kindly submit the application for Incentives for Students' Excellent Research Results to the designated officers at the Office of Research and Development for processing before the deadline on July 14th, 2025 (Monday). (Refer to the contact information below.)
