【$補助受理截止提醒$】本校113年度教師出版學術論文補助受理至113年11月22日(五)止。The subsidy application for academic paper publication by faculty members will be accepted until November 22, 2024.
一、依據本校「教師出版學術論文經費使用原則」辦理,今年受理申請至113年11月22日(五)止。
二、申請人需為本校專任教師及編制內研究人員,且為所提論文之通訊作者。論文發表機構需為國立陽明交通大學 (National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University)。
三、補助範圍包括論文出版費、超頁費及彩色圖印刷費,一篇論文以申請支付一次為限。
四、補助以實報實銷為原則,支付上限規範如下:
(一)刊登期刊在該領域Ranking Factor前1%,支付總額以15萬元為上限。
(二)刊登期刊在該領域Ranking Factor前10%,支付總額以2萬元為上限。
(三)論文影響數(Impact Factor)在10以上者,支付總額以3萬元為上限。
(四)前述論文若需支付Open Access費用或申請人選擇Open Access,得額外補助至多2萬元。
五、欲申請者請將補助申請表填妥後,以excel檔回傳承辦人陳韻雯,cyw@nycu.edu.tw,並將下列紙本文件於受理截止日前送至企劃一組:
(一)申請人簽章之補助申請表及論文抽印本各乙份。
(二)發行或印刷單位之價目表及開立之發票(或收據)正本等有關單據。
(三)銀行外匯水單正本(倘以信用卡付費,請附信用卡結帳單)。
上開所述之憑證等相關單據需為本年度開立,逾期恕不受理。

六、已向其他機構全額申請論文發表補助費之論文,不得再申請本補助。

1. In accordance with the "Guidelines for NYCU Faculty Funding for Academic Paper Publication." Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until Nov. 22 2024, late submissions will not be accepted.
2. Applicants must be Full-time teaching faculty and researchers employed by our university who have been designated as the corresponding author for the submitted academic paper. The Author Affiliation should be National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.
3. The reimbursement covers expenses such as publishing fees, overlength fees, and color printing fees for the paper. Each paper can only be used to apply for the reimbursement once.
4. Payment methods are listed below:
(1) For journal papers ranked in the top 1% of their field according to the Ranking Factor, the maximum total reimbursement is NTD$150,000.
(2) For journal papers ranked in the top 10% of their field according to the Ranking Factor, the maximum total reimbursement is NTD$20,000.
(3) For papers with an Impact Factor more than 10, the maximum total reimbursement is NTD$30,000.
(4) If Open Access fees are required or the applicant opts for Open Access, the maximum total reimbursement can increase by NTD$20,000.
5. To apply, please complete the subsidy application form and return it as an Excel file to the responsible staff member, Ms. Chen Yun-Wen, at cyw@nycu.edu.tw by November 22, 2024 (Friday). Additionally, submit the following hardcopy documents:
(1) An application form and an offprint of the paper.
(2) Price list provided by the publishing or printing companies along with original copies of invoices (or receipts).
(3) Original copies of the bank transaction proofs. (For credit card transactions, please include a copy of the credit card payment).
All proofs and related receipts must be issued in the current year.
6. Papers previously submitted for reimbursement applications at other institutions are not eligible for reimbursement applications at the university.
*** Please note that for subsidy applications submitted after November 22, 2024, the invoice issuance date must fall within the next year (2025). Additionally, for journal articles submitted on or after September 2, 2024, the revised guidelines must be followed in order to be eligible for subsidies.
